| Cheese Strata |
|
Lightly butter 12 slices of bread (they can be stale). Arrange 6 slices in bottom of 9x13 greased baking dish. Cover with 6 slices or 2 cups of shredded cheese. Put other 6 bread slices on top. Beat together and pour over bread:

| 1 2/3 cups milk |
4 eggs |
| ¾ teaspoon salt |
¼ teaspoon dry mustard |
| Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven until puffed and golden. May be prepared in advance and refrigerated before baking. Serves 6. |
| Turkey Divan |
|
| 6 slices turkey |
1 package frozen broccoli, cooked |
| 1 can cream soup, plus 2 tablespoons milk |
Parmesan cheese grated |
| Try chicken, tuna fish, or ham with any flavor of soup |
Put abut ¼ of the soup mixture in buttered casserole. Put in the broccoli, cover with meat, and pour on rest of sauce. Sprinkle with cheese (Cheddar works). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Serves 5 to 6.

| Scrambled Eggs and Noodles |
Heat 3 tablespoons butter in skillet. Add 2 cups cooked and drained noodles. Stir briefly. Mix 3 eggs and 1/3 cup milk. Pour over noodles. Scramble until you get the eggs you like. Add anything you might put in an omelet.

| 15-Minute Creamy Spaghetti |
|
| 1 small package cream cheese cubed |
½ cup milk |
| 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained |
3 ounces Parmesan grated |
Stir everything, except spaghetti, together over low heat until smooth. Mix with warm spaghetti. Serves 5.
