Canton Tuna  
1 can cream of celery soup 1 can tuna
½ cup milk 1 can chow mein noodles

Mix and heat soup, milk, and tuna. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.


Charlie’s Tuna Mac ‘n’ Cheese
 Mix 1 package of boxed macaroni and cheese with 1 can tuna.

Tuna Melt  
2 English muffins halved 1 can tuna
¼ cup shredded cheese 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Toast the muffins. Or use bread or biscuits. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Spread over the muffin and press to flatten. Sprinkle cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Serves 4.

Charlie’s Classic Tuna Noodle Casserole
1 can tuna
1½ cup milk
4 ounces noodles
1 cup peas
½ cup crackers
1 can mushroom soup
Cook noodles. Add peas during last 2 minutes. Drain. In separate bowl mix soup and milk. Mix all ingredients and pour into 1½ quart casserole. Bake 15 minutes. Top with crackers crumbs. Continue baking 5 to 10 minutes. Serves 4.

 

 

 

 


Tuna and Potato Chips Loaf
Pat lightly 3 ounces of potato chips until broken. Flake and add 1 can tuna. Mix with 1 can mushroom or celery soup. Bake in 350 degree oven about ½ hour. Serves 4.

 

 


Tuna Noodle Florentine
1 package (12 ounces) noodles, cooked and drained
2 packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 cans tuna drained
2 cups grated cheese, divided
Combine noodles, spinach, tuna, and half the cheese, put in casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cook in covered casserole at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly. Serves 6
